About NW Kids

NW Kids Magazine and nwkids.com provide the most comprehensive resource guides to family-friendly events and kids activities in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Our goal is to help local parents and caregivers enjoy time spent with their kids. We want you to soak up the unique amusements of the NW and the wondrous world that is Portland. We live in an amazing place, chock full of family-oriented activities and destinations, and we seek to share this information with you in the monthly magazine, in the semi-monthly e-newsletter, and online at www.nwkids.com.

Each issue provides useful information and resource lists to help you stay in touch with the greater community. NW Kids partners with local businesses and service providers to help you get what you need, find great deals, and have fun. The NW Kids events calendar has thousands of events and activities listed. NW Kids is 100% family owned and operated. It is not part of a franchise or chain. It's just us. Most of the people who work at NW Kids are parents, and they are all looking for the same ideas as you: What are we going to do today? Where can I buy XXX for my little one? I need to sign my kid up for X - Where can I find a listing of those classes in my area? What kinds of schools are out there and what do they offer?
